A pre-choreographed low-impact class created to condition shape & tone the entire body. Utilising a barbell with adjustable weights, PUMP is as hard or easy as you want.
Senior Fit classes are designed for adults aged 50+ who display an active lifestyle and are looking for a gentle mixed workout playing team building games or challenging strength and core in 60 minutes. Senior Fit is all about FUN.
This aerobic based class uses an elevated platform with fun upbeat music giving an intense workout choreographed to work both your mind and muscles.
Indoor Cycling classes offer high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. You can burn 500+ calories per class, tones muscles and body shaping. Have fun in this action packed 45min class.
Aqua Bootcamp is a high intensity water class designed for those who want to push themselves in a water based fitness class. It’s great for cardio, muscle strengthening, core stability and improving posture.

AQUA GENTLE HYDRO
Is held in our hydrotherapy pool. It is a gentle workout aimed at improving your muscles and physical wellbeing. Well suited to people who are recovering from injuries.
